The Information We Collect and How We Use It
Please take some time to familiarize yourself with two types of information we collect and the different ways we use the information that we gather.

1. Non-personally identifiable information:
When you visit our website, we collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which pages of the website were visited, the order in which they were visited and which hyperlinks were “clicked.” Collecting such information involves the logging of the IP addresses, operating system and browser software used by each visitor to our website. If your IP address is dynamically assigned by your internet service provider, or ISP, we can identify your ISP and determine the geographic location of your point of connectivity.

We use non-personally identifiable information in aggregate form to build higher quality, more useful online services by performing statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of our visitors and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific areas of our website. We may provide statistical information based on this data to current and potential business partners. We may also use the aggregate data to inform our business partners as to the number of people who have seen and clicked on links to their websites.

2. Personal information
You can always choose not to provide your personally identifiable information to us by not registering for training, services, or subscribing to our mailing or notification lists or otherwise providing such information to us or to our affiliates or other business partners.

We may collect personally identifiable information about you through various means. In certain areas of our website – for example, when joining our mailing list, signing up for our free newsletter or other publications – you may directly provide us with personally identifiable information (including, for example, first and last name, company, job function, street address, email address and telephone and fax numbers) of you and others. In addition, if you provide your personally identifiable information to our affiliates or business partners, they may share such information with us (subject to their privacy policies).

If you supply us with your contact information, you may receive periodic e-mails, mailings or calls from us with information on new products and services, important issues, or upcoming events. If you wish to be removed from any postal, email, phone, or other lists, please let us know by emailing us at You can also write us or call us at the contact information above. Please provide us with your exact name, email address, mailing address, and phone. We will be sure your name is removed from the appropriate lists immediately.

Third Party Limitations
Keep in mind that we cannot and do not assume any responsibility for any actions or omissions of third parties, such as our affiliates and business partners for which we have links on our website, including the manner in which they use information received from us or from you directly or independently.

If we receive your personally identifiable information from a third party, we will use such information in accordance with our agreements with such third party, but do not assume any obligation to you. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, we are not responsible for privacy practices of third parties or the content of their websites, including such sites’ use of any information collected when visitors to our website click through links to those sites. We strongly encourage you to become familiar with the privacy practices of those sites. If you feel that any third party, including any affiliate or business partner of ours, is improperly collecting or using information about you, you may wish to contact such third party.

Exceptions to Our Privacy Policy
While we are committed to keeping your information secure and private, we have the following exceptions to our privacy policy: We will release specific information about you or your account to comply with any valid legal inquiry or process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order. We will also release specific information in special cases, such as if there is an attempted breach of the security of the Sites, or a physical or property threat to you or others. We may also transfer user information, including personally identifiable information, in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, the sale of related assets or corporate division or other fundamental corporate change.

Further, the information you enter when making a purchase or an online donation will be shared with payment processors, financial gateways, and your credit card company to authorize credit card payments. We will only share personal information we collect from you to third parties who may assist us in processing your orders and requests or sending information to you.
